Rosehip oil contains antioxidants like vitamins A and E. These vitamins have been shown to synergistically combat visible sun damage. They may also help prevent photoaging. With this in mind, rosehip oil may be used to help reduce the negative effects of UV exposure.

If you have dry scalp and fine hair or oily scalp and dry hair you can still use rosehip oil for your hair. The constituent vitamins and fatty acids in rosehip oil fortify moisture to the scalp and hair.

Face – After cleansing the face, apply a few drops of carrier oil and massage into your face and neck.

Body – For the skin, you can apply a few drops to any part of the body and massage to moisturise.

Hair – Whilst your hair is dry, apply a few drops of oil in to your hair by massaging it in.
